The Grolsch Bars & Lobby Spaces on Level 2 & 3 are two distinct areas but connected lobby spaces. The lobbies are carbon copies of each other - size and configuration wise - and connected by stairs or elevator access. Both lobby bars are equipped to accommodate a variety of reception and AV set-ups.

This space has been utilized for receptions and could also fit a vision for filmshoots, tradeshows, general meetings and press conferences among other styles of events. Please inquire with our Bookings team for a custom rental package, tailored to fit your event requirements.

Daily Rate:
$5,000 (for one or both lobbies)

Capacity: Cocktail: 800 (400 per lobby)
Theater: 200 per lobby
Dinner: 300 (150 per lobby)

  • a dedicated MH event coordinator will be assigned to work with you on your event
  • accessible from main entrance on Shuter St via stairs
  • dedicated entrance on Victoria St via elevators
  • fully accessible on all levels, meeting AODA standards
  • catering serveries on both levels
  • washroom and accessible washroom facilities on all levels
  • house sound system in lobbies for annoucements, background music, plus access to portable sound system
  • projection screens on left and right side of lobbies, can be used for event marketing for private events (no audio)
  • adjustable overhead lighting
  • can accommodate additonal event lighting
  • artist/historical exhibits on both levels

Ideally suited for pre and post concert receptions, private parties, press junkets, film shoots, breakout rooms and breakfast/lunch meetings.

NOTE: Bars on 2 & 3 are not available for private bookings when auditorium is in use. To book these spaces on a non-concert day a rent premium will apply.
