TD Music Hall presents

Field Guide and Georgia Harmer are set to play the newly opened TD Music Hall. Field Guide and Georgia Harmer wowed Massey Hall audiences in 2022, opening for Wild Rivers and Broken Social Scene respectively.

Field Guide:
Field Guide (aka Dylan MacDonald) is a weaver of worlds. Built around his inviting voice and wrapped in warm textures, his self-titled sophomore full-length builds his most engaging world yet. It lives in a place between darkness and hopefulness with unshakeable melodies at its heart. “Melody is what makes words fall out of my mouth. It’s disarming. When I find a melody that represents my internal world, I drop my guard. I allow the words to appear out of thin air without judgement. A lot of these songs came to life that way. I wasn’t trying to make anything, but the songs became a home for words that I wasn’t yet ready to write on the page,” MacDonald says.

Georgia Harmer:
A flash of telepathic closeness shared between friends, the euphoric memory of a summer’s day so perfect you want to live inside it forever, the dusty heat of a Texas afternoon, a tingle of melancholy on a solo walk home after a party: these are some of the ineffable moments captured in expressive detail by Georgia Harmer on her debut album Stay In Touch (April 15, Arts & Crafts). With a wisdom and poise that belies her youthful age, Harmer has penned an emotionally resonant collection of songs that articulate the ways in which even the most fleeting experiences can forge bonds between strangers, create families out of friends, and one by one form the joys and sorrows that make up a life.
