Shawn Mendes will be performing his new album ‘Shawn’ live at Massey Hall on November 25, 2024. We expect the demand for tickets to be overwhelming and quantities are very limited. To help tickets get into the hands of fans – not scalpers and bots – a limited number of randomly selected fans will be given the chance to purchase tickets.

On Monday, September 30 at 2:00 PM ET, fans were randomly selected to participate in the Friends and Family Fan Onsale which takes place on Tuesday, October 1 at 10:00 AM ET. Fans who were randomly selected will receive the ticket link and a unique, one-time-use code via both email and text message 30 minutes before tickets go on sale that will unlock the ability to purchase up to 4 tickets.

Receiving a code does not guarantee ability to purchase tickets. Tickets are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to randomly selected fans. All remaining fans who did not receive a code will be automatically added to a waitlist and may be alerted if more tickets become available in the future.
